Biostatistics – Bio 268

Biostatistics (Bio 268) focuses on the analysis, visualization, and interpretation of biological data. We cover data types, identifying appropriate statistical tests, evaluating assumptions, experimental design, and modern statistical analysis. Statistical tests examined include: Binomial Test, Chi-Square Tests, Contingency Tests, Z Tests, T Tests, ANOVAs, Regressions, Correlations, GLMs, and an intro to Bayesian Analysis.
